Samsung recently announced a faster wifi which 3x the existing technology. The new Samsung technology can transfer 1 GB in just two seconds, or 575 MB per second, using beamform tech.
The fastest technology transfers data at 866 Mbps or 108 MB/sec. using 2.4 and 5 ghz. Samsung 802.11 is at 60 hz. Samsun said that part of its success is the use of beam forming technology which has millimeter waves..
Can PHL have faster broadband internet? Are the telcos improving their technology? (They arent; they are just harvesting their profits.)
