First things first, Apple has found a critical security flaw in iOS which also extends to some parts of OS X on Macs. 
If you are an iOS user (iPhone or iPad or iPod Touch), make sure you immediately install the latest update. And Mac users should stop using Safari as their browser for now. Forbes magazine has an article on this
Btw, both Chrome and Firefox are better than Safari any day and if you haven't yet switched to Chrome, well, you should. I've even written a book on this awesome browser
It is not often that users of Apple products have to bother with such security issues but this time it has happened and it's a big one. So make sure you follow the steps mentioned above.
