Eat all you can concept have been popular now especially in those restaurant that serve buffet meals. While this has been popularize by the upper class segment of the society, the carenderia type for the “masa” still growing and can be improved into a concept of eat all you can so that it can attract more customer in all segment.
The offering should be focused in one dish only but can be served on a different menu or style. Like serving native chicken that can be cooked in different style like deep fry , adobo, binakol, linagpang ,inasal with unlimited rice. Serving will be on boodle fight style and foods will be served in a banana leaf.
This concept will likewise help in preserving the environments as this will minimize the use of plastic and soap in maintaining and cleaning with the dishes.
This will likewise offer a new experience in dining and at the same time promote local tourism because of the uniqueness of the foods in the place like Iloilo. 3
