The increasing presence of sales persons trying to penetrate the market for their products ,the demand of an office type hangout should be established.
The office hang out coffee shop will be the extension of office by these sales persons who are representing their company in the field. Unlike the regular coffee shop that only WiFi service are being offered ,this new concepts will offer ,printer for their reports a mail outlet for their mails ,charging center for celphones and laptops, in addition to WiFi.
This will offer a complete box for the field sales force and while they stay as an extension of their office, coffee and foods will be available and this will create the income for the use of the space. 4
