Its Rizal Day and a barely a day for the year 2016.
This morning, as I biked to Morong I came across Engr. June who heads a regional office to distribute and sell freezers. Their company is well known for car aircon. In US they are into freezers. But the twist is that the cooling of food will not have freezers - that is odd and unique. How can that be. ? But that is what the good Engr. promised. There will be savings in energy and in equipment.
He will surprise and delight food processors and those handling frozen food products: say meat, poultry and fish.
I can hardly wait for the presentation. and refer the good engineer to friends and former students at MBA

I watched the TV this week and saw this great feature about lanterns made from crowns, PET bottles, softdrink straw, plastic fork and spoons. I was able to find a blog that mentions the same

I recently got a call from someone who will propose a new accounting system. It is web based and single entry system (no re encoding) He will make the proposal next week and will be in the mid 6 figures price range.
Features:
It is an integrated system that features:
1. Sales from a a remote terminal (even iPad or iPhone) - great for sales people
2. Collection
3. Account creation (customer file)
4. Ledger for accounting for AR ICR
5. Docs contracts for printing
(for AP too) up to COPF
6. Inventory: for ffe and salable plots
