Two restaurant honchos were interviewed at Shop Talk last Thursday. One was a seafood restaurant and the other was comfort food owner at Powerplant. Both say that it is not that easy to survive in the business. It takes a lot of innovation on constant basis to meet the customer needs and beat the competition
In the past class I had, and I recall a student put up a restaurant in a mall in Pampanga and she told us that the NU exercise was not enough. She had to innovate on daily basis.
So keep those NU 12 coming
