NU10

1) Intercooler "cooler"
In turbo charged engines, air is cooled by an air to air intercooler before it is pressurized by the turbocharger. The lower the air temperature, the better the engine performance.
Common mods to improve this is thru the use of bigger intercooler units, positioning the intercooler in front of the grill (front-mount) or by installing a fan over the intercooler.
A new idea to improve the efficiency of the intercooler is to pass refrigerant from the aircon to the intercooler fins. Like doing a dual aircon system but the additional aircon evaporator will actually be part of the the intercooler itself! :)

2) Water pressure tanks usually suffer from water log. And you have to keep on regularly adding air in the bladder of the tank to maintain the correct pressure. A small air compressor (similar to the portable air compressors we have for inflating tires) can be built into the system to regularly infuse air into the tank to maintain the correct preset pressure of the air in the bladder in the tank.

3) Mandatory and random drug testing in all schools and offices. Drug testing on wheels.

4) Mandatory gps / gsm installation in all public utility vehicles. Alerts sent automatically to the LTO if they go beyond the speed limit or they go out of their pre-determined route.

5) Fluid level sensors in all reservoirs (float type sensors) for brake, clutch, coolant oil, wiper fluid that will automatically trigger a warning light  when the fluid levels go below a pre-set level. (Not when the level is already dangerously low)

6) Thermostat controlled solar powered fans in the ceiling / attic space of residential and commercial structures to automatically vent warm air out of the house when temperature reaches a pre-set level to maintain a cooler house less use of air conditioning.

7) MRT increase capacity by installing double the number of cars per Train. No need to increase the size of the station platforms. The train will initially stop at the platform and only the doors on the front half will open. The doors on the cars at remaining rear half that is still not positioned properly on the platform will remain closed. After 20 seconds, the front doors will close. The train will move slightly forward until the rear half of the train cars are positioned properly on the platform. Then the doors on the rear half of the train will open to load and unload passengers. This time, the doors on the cars in the front of the train will remain closed. Upgrading of the trains power and brakes will also be in order to accommodate the additional load.

8) Use of Biometrics like iris recognition and fingerprint for ATM's - no need for atm cards. Also for access control. Can even be used for vehicles - no need for car keys if coupled with a push start system.

9) Creation of 24 hour coffee shop / study centers / business center franchise near all colleges.

10) Use of the cellphone as an RFID device for access control such as for toll gates etc.

< paki explain more yong iba, please lengthen the background on the one liner why is the current situation painful, and what can be gained from the new ideas.   What will be more complete specs of the innovation.  The others are ok>

<Good submission>
