Describe the situation, what is wanting & lacking
Innovation
Advantages & benefits
Process for implementing the innovation/idea
1
Limited access to health facilities in rural communities.
Government health facilities have a few vehicles to transport patients and healthcare personnel.
Poor maintenance of existing vehicles.

MotorSigla
(Sasakyan para sa Kalusugan)
Transport services for health care delivery, for medical personnel, healthcare workers, or patients.
To transport health care workers to communities they are serving for patient follow-up and delivery of medications or health supplies.
Provide a reliable fleet of vehicles and services for maintenance.

This is similar to an existing health innovation "Riders for Health" in Gambia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Nigeria, Zambia, and Zimbabwe where they manage vehicles for health care delivery.

Partner with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare service providers such as laboratories &  diagnostic centers and pharmacies, both in the public and private sectors.

There are only a few facilities for hospice care for our aging population. Even if our culture dictates that we take care of our families as they age, the fact is many of us have to work, others overseas, to provide for our families.  We  can utilize hospice facilities to professionally and adequately address the needs and care for our loved ones.
Hospice and Retirement facilities for the elderly

5
Reaching out to the lower income communities by providing low-cost, quality health care products.
Health Store Plus
This is based on an existing model known as Living Goods.

To provide affordable health care products for low-income communities in rural areas.
Study the most common high-burden diseases in low-income communities and determine which products will address the prevention and treatment of these diseases. In the Philippines, we need to deal with  diarrhea, malaria, tuberculosis, STD, and reproductive health.
By working with designated Community Health Workers, who have already been trained by DOH, we can provide them with additional income through the sale of these products.

5
Increasing numbers of condominiums and working millenials.
It is also now more difficult to find reliable laundrywomen.
DIY Coin Laundry Service

It is still a novelty which will entice the younger, working generation.

Lease a space near condominiums and offices.
