NU12#12 Instant Networks saving lives in the Philippines submit by ZHAO YANAN

NU12#12 Instant Networks saving lives in the Philippines
More than two weeks after Typhoon Haiyan hit the Central Philippines in one of the worst natural disasters in modern history. Survivors are slowly getting food, water, medical attention and supplies, the communication was cut off. Information is the most crucial element in risk and disaster situations. However, Huawei – a leading global ICT solutions provider, support the communication right now.
On Nov 11,Huawei team travelled to the disaster area deploy two instant networks in Palo , a region 15km south of Tacloban, Tacloban is on of the worst affected parts of Philippines .The instant equipment is called Elte broadband trunking. It can support professional broadband trunking service, and high performance mobile broadband access. It is based on the advanced LTE technology designed for vertical industries.
We should advise Philippines government to prepare some equipment like Huawei Elte equipment to ensure effective communications. 3.5

Disaster Proofing Telecom System; Huawei has developed IN; why have telcos not invested in this?

                                           Instant Network from Huawei

How to disaster proof telecom

We did not know much about the extent of the typhoon damage last November 8, 2013, the day Typhoon Yolanda struck, because the communications system was down.

Right after, there were talks about not supertyphoon proofing the telecom? Telco moguls were interviewed several times at major TV networks.

And then a student who works at Huawei talked about Instant Networks being lent by Huawei to restore immediately communications.

It was available since 2011;  how come our telcos earning billions have not invested in this. In Thailand, from what I know, during the flood there, the telcos were prepared.

NU12#2 New processes at work submit by ZHAO YANAN

NU12 #2 New processes at work(S110174 ZHAO YANAN)
I am the executive secretary in HUAWEI Company, main daily job is I need to collect documents from different department then submit to Vice president and president to sign. For example, Expenses claim form only VP to sign, Procurement Requests need both of them to sign. Every day when the department secretaries submit, I put them in two folders. But it is so confused that when the bosses return back to me, I am not sure who the applicator is.
So I make a new process about "Documents to be signed" I make excel, then print out

<![if !supportLists]>5.    <![endif]>Sent email to the applicator inform them the docs signed already
<![if !supportLists]>6.    <![endif]>When they get the documents, they need to sign, meaning I returned.
Since new process start to use, I never lost documents and return documents on time. It is very helpful.   3.5
