From Pinoy Bisness - Business ideas you can start for P500 up to P3,000

I watched the DZMM Radio Negosyo in TV and saw that they have a contest as to who can start a business for P500..00  less than cost of cellphone or other gadget.  Indeed we have gotten old, and younger new ideas come out.  Better low cost ideas come out.

These are mostly food, gift ideas.  :   longgonisa, siopao, polvoron, stuffed toys, siomai, liquid detergen

You can start small and make millions later on.    Most big businesses started small.  Big businesses are small businesses that became successful and big.

Or start big and lose money   Invest billions to earn millions hahaha.

Opportunity scanning for new ventures and other improvements in business

New ideas create better quality of life and wealth

Rizal Philippines
April 30, 2017

I really missed a lot of opportunities in a decade  plus I was in the academe.  You really teach not for the money but because you want to leave a legacy.

For this year I am facing the following opportunities:

In the current business:

1.  Realizing the full potential of a pre need company. I will file for a new product with the regulatory agency that is liquid, earns increments and is affordable.  It can be a multi billion peso company

2.  Expanding a current business with 30,000 units that can result in a billion and half increase in revenues.  Marketing the same can take place in about 5 years by doing the following;

        1.  cash fire sale in the beginning
        2.  0 interest, 5 years to pay, no d/p
        3.  generous com for sellers up to 17% on NLP
        4.  generous prizes like an SUV for top sellers like for 1,500 sale

3.  Realizing the full potential of services;  (promoting the existing one and planning for more chapel services outlet

4.  Aligning with the church or the municipality for the low income product.  Some cities lack all ready the capacity to serve burgeoning demand of the D and E market for memorialization

5.  The new future - cremation and ash crypts.

6.  Joining forces with the biggest owner of cremation machines

7.  Rewards system:

            1.  Cards for customer  points for those making office, or cash payments and account number

                 for CRM

            2.  Prestige cards and prestige lounge and preferred services

New opportunities

1.  New park in Batangas

2.  New park in Southern Philippines (in a capital city and near the port for RORO route to Indonesia.

     Strategies:

     1. JV

2  Fire sale to friends and relatives to raise funds

     3.  No dp zero interest

     4. Clustering to save on cost (two or more projects)

     5.  Having an image as crowd drawer

     6.  Generous massive landscaping

3.  New park with former supplier in Bulacan, Tarlac  (Camiling and Tarlac City)

I hope to live for another 20 to 25 years to build this

NU12 Event Planning by Rachelle Roque

Hi Sir,

Here's my 7th NU12 Topic: New Business ideas

We just had our Trick or Treat for the kids here in our subdivision. The kids look so cute in their costumes; the new trend now is wearing their favorite super hero or anime character outfit rather than the usual scary outfits. And I think it's more appropriate for their age, because the latter has the tendency for the kids to really scare each other.  Since it's a kiddie party, the program is usually hosted by Jollibee or McDonalds. But one thing I noticed yesterday is that the program has no difference with that of a birthday party. The games & giveaways are the same; if not for the kid's costumes and the fact that it was held on last week of October, you can't really tell that it's a Halloween party. So, one thing I suggest for Jollibee & McDonalds is to further customize their party events. Aside from kid's birthday, they also host Halloween, Graduation and Christmas parties. Some of my friends also celebrate their 25th birthday and anniversaries in these fast food chains. The customers will appreciate it more if they will have the over-all experience of the occasions they are celebrating. I know that it would be difficult for them to have a total different package; but at least they should have different themes, with different colors & design depending on the occasion, to choose from.
I really have planning events; I always enjoy it every time we prepare birthday surprises. I'm also a regular part of our Division Christmas party committee. I even help some friends to prepare their wedding and be the on-the-day coordinator. This is one of the businesses I really want to pursue. But I know it take so much effort & time to make it as a profession. So, maybe I will officially start it after my MBA. But it doesn't mean that I will totally stop now and defer it until graduation. I can still continue helping my friends in preparing their events, and meeting their suppliers. In this way, I can familiarize myself more in the business and improve little by little.

Regards,
Rachelle  3
