1.Water making machine from condensation of humid air. Air-conditioning machines produces water from its condenser. The Singapore Flyer has such a system in its ferris wheel HVAC. Condensation from its Air-conditioning unit produces up to 10000L of water per day which they use as water supply for this establishment.
If this condenser or dehumidifier concept can rapidly create potable water from humid air then it can be used in disaster areas or if made lightweight/portable, can be used as part of a survival kit whether be it in a collapsed building secondary to an earthquake or stranded on an expedition, etc.
This unit can also be installed in buildings to recycle the water produced in its air conditioming units. The water van be used to flush toilets or clean the building itself.
Such a unit can also be installed in cars and recirculated or diverted to its radiator or wiper fluid instead of allowing it to drip in the streets.
2. Pineapple leather from pineapple leaves fiber.  The value is that its as strong as leather and it can be sustainable eliminating significant carbon foot print compared with cow hide. No animals are hurt to produce it. It can be dyed with different colors and made cheaper than original leather. It also provides additional income to our farmers. This leather can be made into belts, bags, and other fashion accessory while providing a sustainable and humane production of leather goods.
3. Farm to office. Hydroponic gardens will be placed strategically inside the office.  Office lighting is used for photosynthesis to maximize energy efficiency. Hydroponics make use of a liquid formula to grow plants. This nutrient-rich liquid is recirculated through pipes to reach the roots of plants or vegetables. No soil is needed.
Office space is preserved because a vertical farming design format can be used.  Vegetables are planted on the walls of the office which is significantly an underutilized piece of real estate.
The vegetables can be sold to office workers at a good preferably low price for consumption to sustain the farm.
Vegetables produce oxygen inside the office space while scrubbing out carbon dioxide. Employees benefit from fresh clean air whilst inside an enclosed office.
Unused produce is composted and given to local farmers to enrich the soil that they will till.
4. Never Late. Is a smartphone app that makes use of traffic data from companies such as Waze. This data undergoes an algorithm  to predict the traffic situation from up to a week from now. It shall consider holidays, road repairs and other factors affecting traffic.
The Never Late software is then used by corporate leaders to plan and set important activities, events, or scheduling meetings a day, 2 days, or a week from now.
All stakeholders of the activity will then use Never Late which will remind them what time to leave from their point of origin and which mode of transportation is best to use so that they can be on time and never be late on important occasions.
In the event that getting to the meeting place is impossible, Never Late is also a platform for video conferencing so that the stakeholder still actively participates said event.
5. Dronebuoy. A remote unmanned aerial vehicle (quad copter) with a camera can spot swimmers and surfers in need of an emergency flotation device with the help of a lifeguard. To be used in beaches, public and private swimming pools. A lifeguard is trained to operate Dronebuoy.
Dronebuoy is waterproof and can travel to distances of up to  3 hours flight time.
Dronebuoy can also be used for land based emergencies. It is equipped with an emergency defibrillator for out of hospital cardiac arrest. This defibrillator is connected to a Telemedicine service or 911 service to instruct a bystander to perform basic life support to a patient that had undergone witnessed cardiac arrest.
Dronebuoy will serve as an emergency beacon for paramedics to locate the victim.
Dronebuoy can also act as a sentry to guard valuable assets. It can be equipped with weapons to neutralize a suspect.
6. Speak, spell and write. Nowadays  5 year olds uses the text-to-speech application from Google to search their favorite YouTube shows. Speak and spell and write will teach  children how to correctly spell words by restricting the search until the child writes the letters from the query with the help of the app or type them using a qwerty keyboard.
This learning tool helps the child recognize words, it's form, sequence and how it is used I context.
Speak, spell, and write will be sold to government and private schools and pre school as a teaching aid.
7. Low cost dorms. The Metro is thriving inviting a vast workforce. These employees have no place to live. With traffic everywhere it makes sense to have these employees stay near their workplace. Low cost dorms can be set up near offices that can also service transportation, laundry and food for these employees. The primary target market are the young single workforce which dominates the Metro such as the Ortigas Center and Taguig regions.
The Business Model uses a "pay what you want" scheme which is the innovation in this idea. The pay what you want scheme will have a floor price of a per day rent that would cost these employees 10% of their daily salaries not going below minimum wage or their daily commute price going home whichever is higher.
It is a 3sqm living space copied from japan's Internet Cafe for Internet refugees. The bed is of a Lazy boy couch/bed type.
Patrons will also have a convenient store for food and toiletries. Wifi is also charged. Laundry services and locker space for rent is also provided. The bathroom is communal which will be designed like that in airports. Shower is also provided with a P30 maintenance price.
