ONLINE GROCERY
There are now so many online businesses in the Philippines such as Sulit.com, Ayosdito.com, Lazada.com.ph, Zalora.com.ph etc. that sells various items such as gadgets, computers, appliances, books, apparels, clothes etc.
However, I found something that lacks among those stated websites. They don't sell grocery items such as a soaps, shampoos, soft drinks, can goods, can drinks, chocolates, coffee, lotions, bottled products, etc. etc. which are basically sold in the supermarkets, groceries, and sari-sari stores.
I tried to search the net if there's already existing online company that sells groceries online but found none.
This new business idea actually came out of my mind last year when I was thinking of an online business not yet existing here in the Philippines.
The market here is very clear. Those people who don't have time or avoiding the hassle of buying grocery items.
As to logistics, we can establish a warehouse/office in every city in order to lessen the travel of the delivery. Delivery should be within 24 hours. Terms of payment can be credit card or COD.
Online department store is now a click, for sure next will be online supermarkets… (an earlier post by Gio has been made on this)
