NU6 Idea 5: HomTel

A few years ago, we started with the concept of a modern budget hotel in Angeles City (ClarkStar Hotel).   Then we went to establish an affordable hotel, which was a notch higher that a budget hotel (Hotel EuroAsia).  Now we would like to conceptualize a place, literally a home away from home: a 'homtel'.   So much so that when you stay there, you feel right at home.

A place you to feel relaxed where a personal maid will attend to your needs exclusively, instead of random room attendants.   The food served will be home-cooked.  The facilities will be like what you see in a modern, upscale house.   You will have a spacious garden where hotels in the city right now don't have the luxury of allocating, as they are usually high-rise buildings, to maximize their income.

Homtel will just be more catered to the needs of the laidback tourist on R & R and an wiser option for the businessmen on the go who could use a breather from the demands of corporate life, home away from home.
