We live in Valley Golf and the intersection of Celso Tuason Ave and Ortigas Ave Ext is already abuzz with commercial establishments. A Mitsubishi plant is a famous landmark.  We have Jollibee at the corner and just across is McDonald's. Beside Jollibee is Ministop while along McDonald's are a talipapa and several fruits stands. A few meters away is Honda Cars Rizal, Shell Gas Station and just opened STI College. Across Shell is Mandaue Foam. The vicinity around these street intersections are residential subdvisions from Ortigas Ave ext all the way to Sumulong Highway in Antipolo. There is a tricycle terminal at the gate of Valley Golf.
