NU 12 -WHAT PISSES YOU OFF AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD? WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?

WHAT PISSES YOU OFF AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD? WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?
I live with my family in our house. We lived in a condominium along Retiro in Quezon City. It is a twelve floors condominium with an elevator secured by five rotating guards and a segregated parking lot. We only rented a three-bedroom unit for almost thirteen years. It has a back up generator that is operating during brownouts. The parking lots provided by the building were only few that it cannot provide all the tenants. It also has a separate payment for the parking rentals. Since the built in parking lots in the building were just few the owner decided to buy an open lot nearby for additional parking.

Parking were really a major issue here in our vicinity since everybody wants a secured area for his or her cars. Some tenants have plenty of cars and would just rent only one parking area. Since the parking were so few and the tenants avoids additional expense for the parking lots, the tenants parked along the street of the condominium. The owner of the condominium also live in the condominium. He is aware of the situation. It is especially more tough these days because it always flooded. When it floods, we have to relocate our cars from the open lot parking area because the flood might reach our cars. During normal days we just park along the street. It is really frightening because it is unsecured. But due to parking situation we have no choice. There was a time that my side mirror was stolen because I parked in the street. It cost me a lot. What annoys me is that why don't the owner give a lower rate for the parking so that everybody can have a secured parking lot. Anyway the parking area is not fully occupied. He does not even perceived that some tenants would have more than one car. We almost live there thirteen years, I believed that we have a reason to request for a complimentary. The good business relationship should be maintained. 3
